Ditch The Carbs
Heal The Body

Living Sick, Tired, Overweight & In Pain Sucks!

Hi. I’m Carboholic Kim!

I’m a carboholic. (No Joke) Like most people over the age of 30 who grew up in the US eating “SAD” (Standard American Diet), I’m addicted to carbohydrates.

Addicted to the sugars and carbs that make up 80% of the food we love to eat.

Like most of my fellow “foodies” in the US who eat this way, I’m a hot mess of obesity, auto immune disease, chronic pain, high blood pressure, fatty liver, and metabolic syndrome, (aka Killer Lifestyle Diseases) and while I don’t YET have T2 Diabetes or PCOS, many other of my loved ones do.

Stopping the carb addiction and getting healthy is HARD but it CAN be done. I’ve seen it in so many others and I AM GOING TO SEE IT IN ME!

Come follow me on my journey to wellness. Your body probably needs it as much (or maybe even more) than mine does. I’m NOT a doctor or health professional, but together (with the information from keto doctors and nutritionists) we CAN take back control of our bodies, our health and our lives.
